Does my veterinarian accept this insurance plan?
Because you pay the veterinarian directly and then submit your claim for reimbursement, the PetFirst Healthcare plan works at any veterinarian nationwide. Reimbursement typically occurs within two weeks.
What are my coverage options?
You can choose from several different levels of coverage. Rates start at $9.95 per month. There are also plans for multiple pets. Read more about rate and coverage options
Is my pet eligible?
Dogs and cats must be 8 weeks to 9 years old to enroll in Value, Basic or Preferred coverage. After initial enrollment, coverage is renewable for the life of your pet. Dogs and cats 10 years and older are eligible for Senior coverage. Dogs and cats of all ages are eligible for Accident coverage.
Are there any exclusions?

How do I make a claim?
